The sun was shining brightly down on the 13MAY05 Change of Command Ceremony at Station Jones Beach. Perhaps it was an indication of the sunny days ahead in San Diego, CA for departing BMCM Thomas A. Botzenhart as he heads West to assume command of the USCGC Sea Otter (WPB-87362). If winds bring change, then it was very fitting that they blew brisk and cool as the Command of Station Jones Beach passed to BMCS Robert J. Milmoe, a native of nearby West Haven, CT.
