Mission Statement
Personnel Services must be looked upon as a
multi-limbed tree which originates from the same root. The initial
obligation of PS is to ensure continued growth of Auxiliary
units by way of recruitment of new members and retention of
existing members. In accomplishing the goal of this limb or
tree branch, it is necessary to intertwine with another branch,
said branch being diversity . By diversity, we endeavor to recruit
across a vast spectrum of characteristics: age, gender, race
and at the same time be sensitive to the issues which these
characteristics raise. As PS officers operating on various levels,
it is necessary for us to stand ready to assist local units
in these areas, and at times to interface with both unit leaders
and other departments such as PA, PE ,VE and MT in order to
market Auxiliary membership.
